Outdoor Health Research Project – Survey

This survey is designed to be filled out by people using outdoor and nature-based approaches in their work. Ideally people who are in a position to comment on the processes or parts of their work that relate to quality assurance, safety and ethics (e.g. employees of participating organisations, individuals in private practice, sole traders etc.).

• It is anticipated that this survey will take about 30 minutes to complete depending on the level of detail you decide to give.
• It is easiest to complete on a computer or tablet but is still possible on a phone.
• You can leave it and come back to it later, however it is not recommended to leave it more than a few hours. If you would like a dedicated link sent to you, email [email protected] and i will send you one that can be used over until you submit the survey.
